Elizabeth Pooe is a seasoned HR Professional with a Bachelors degree focused in Psychology and Industrial Psychology. She has also completed a Middle Management Programme, through Henley Business School.
Elizabeth is a driven, vibrant individual, who believes that all things are possible.
She provided her professional HR services in the electricity industry, which she built over 19 years, where she started her career as a Graduate in Training on a 2-year program at an electricity Power Plant, followed by spending 3 years at a supervisory level at a Provincial office, which accelerated her development and growth into various management roles for 13 years at Head Office.
She is skilled in the development and implementation of HR Policies, Procedures, HR Business Partnering, HR Administration, HR Operations, HR Systems implementation and monitoring, Succession Planning and Organizational Design. She also has vast knowledge and experience in People Management, Talent Management, Sourcing and Placement, Customer Relationship Management, working on and leading Projects, Stakeholder engagement and relationship management. She is a leader, who believes in servant leadership.
She managed teams across various provinces, of over 100 employees in her structure. This shows her level of grit, tenacity, driving excellence in providing service, high levels of work ethic and exceptional performance.
She has also embarked on a short journey as an Independent HR and Operations Consultant, prior to joining Mothapo Consulting Engineers, where she supported small businesses to implement effective governance processes, systems and business processes, to operate more efficiently.
